What are you looking for in a tenant?

A respectful person to sublet/start a new lease in our beautiful apartment.

What do you love about this place?

The apartment gets awesome sunlight, recently refurbished with wooden floors, new kitchen and bathroom (including washer/dryer & dishwasher) and lovely neighbours in the building. We are not leaving by choice - COVID-19 impacts. The location is the best in the East Village with Tompkins Square Park & Market at the bottom of the street, East River Park about 6mins walk away, surrounded by CitiBike ranks and also all the great cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment has been a great safe haven for us and we are moving internationally so we are willing to leave the apartment furnished or with as much as someone would like at additional cost.

What isn't so great about this place?

We have to leave.

Is there an elevator in the building? And if not, what floor is the apartment on?
