What are you looking for in a tenant?

This unit is great for a couple but not required by any means!

What do you love about this place?

We were the first and only tenants in the unit thus far. The sublet will be from Jan 1 to March 31st with the option to renew the lease for the following year. Apartment Features: -Washer Dryer IN UNIT -Walk in closet in bedroom -Central AC/Heat -Floor to Ceiling Windows with a view from 37 floors up -Gas Stove -Pet Friendly -Key Card Entry Location Features: -15 minute commute to Manhattan -Steps away from multiple subway lines (entrance to the subway is right at our front door) -Multiple restaurants/bars a 5 minute or less walk away -Nail Salon in building -Restaurant (Murray's Cheese) in building Full amenities can be found here: https://jacksonparklic.com/amenities/ -Outdoor AND Indoor Pool -Fitness Center/Gym -Basketball Court -Squash Court -Sauna -Steam Room -Outdoor Grills -Private Dog Park -Private Lawn We have absolutely loved living here and will miss our unit. We are only leaving to become home owners outside of the city!

What isn't so great about this place?

Honestly we love it here! If I had to pick a con, you can sometimes hear the subway but nothing too crazy.
