What are you looking for in a tenant?

Someone who can take over my lease (your name added to the lease, my name remove) Anyone who can pass the landlord background check would do.

What do you love about this place?

Being part of a luxury rental building, it has all the usual perks, including door man, great building amenities including gym, pool, BBQ, game room, etc. The apartment is the biggest 1 bed in the building (824 square feet), south facing so a lot of sun, high enough with a good view, not too high so it's not too cold, large to the floor windows, indoor drier washer, dish washer, oven, the whole package, plus a walk in closet. It's a 7 minute walk to Newport path station (for those who don't know, it's a subway that brings you directly to Manhattan within 10 -15minutes), 3 minute walk to Newport mall. BJ and ShopRite, light rail, VB3 restaurant right downstairs.

What isn't so great about this place?

The wooden floor is a bit old school, and you can't party too late during the weekends in the amenity area.
