Can you tell me if the bedroom has a closet? Also, will the rent increase after the sublet?

“The bedroom has a walk-in closet (and a big closet in the entry). The price after sublet would be by the management company and would be at market rate. The rate right now for another 1-bed unit is ~$3400 and dropping.“
