Our South-facing apartment includes beautiful large windows that let in an abundance of natural light to the entire apartment and the charming exposed brick in the living room. The spacious living area can accommodate a dining area as well as a full living room setup. The 10 ft ceilings are high with two large windows in the living room and an additional large window in the bedroom. The bedroom can fit a king size bed with room for furniture. There are 2 spacious closets, one in the bedroom (very large) and one in the living room (also spacious). The kitchen has a brand new fridge and multiple cabinets for storage and appliances. This third floor unit faces a quiet street in a well-maintained building, The super is fantastic and answers immediately with any questions or fixes we need in 24 hours. It’s steps away from the Natural History Museum and everything the Upper West Side has to offer - restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a block in a half from Central Park. Additionally close to several subway options. The 1,2,3,B & C trains are all steps away to easily get you anywhere in the city you need to go. We have lived here for the last 5 years and have absolutely loved the location. The rent is $2,400/month, and the lease will begin in early December and will end on August 31, 2021 with the option to renew.
