Available furnished/partially furnished (open to redecorating, interior design is not my strong suit) or potentially unfurnished. 5 months left on lease (ends March 31, 2021) with potential to take over apt and sign new lease directly with building owner. Fantastic apartment and the only reason I'm subletting is I'm likely moving out of NYC.
