What are you looking for in a tenant?

Looking for a respectful tenant to take over the lease of this beautiful 2 bedroom apartments in the heart of the Lower East Side. Close to many restaurants, bars, convenient access to many subway lines, close to the Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges for easy access to Brooklyn. The apartment is usually only available through a broker (13% broker fee on the annual rate) so this is a great opportunity to take over a lease of an apartment that didn't even get listed on Streeteasy last time it became available. I imagine it will be possible to discount the rent either now or when the lease comes up on April 30.

What do you love about this place?

Perfect location in the heart of NYC, steps away from several subways to get anywhere in the city in minutes. There is a TON of restaurants and bars minutes away, including Uncle Boons, Freemans, Le Coucou, Rubirosa, Nom Wah Nolita, Kiki's, The Boil, Wah Fung, Joe's Shanghai and so many more... Clean apartment in a pre-war building. There is a ton of light with 2 large windows per room and 3 in the living room- no trade-off between bedrooms and living room! Large living room with space for both a couch / living area and a dining area. Large kitchen, open to the living room. . 3 giant closets (one per room, each over 7 feet in width), high 10 foot ceilings for creates an airy atmosphere. The living room opens to two bedrooms (or convert one into an office!) that are both the exact same size and mirroring each other, so it can also be a great share. Super lives close to the building and usually comes to fix any issues we've had in less than two hours. The views are unobstructed over Soho and downton NYC, including a beautiful view of the WTC. I can leave some furniture including a full closet organization system in one of the bedrooms, the bamboo shelving and desk unit, the dresser in the living room, a bed frame and a mattress, etc.

What isn't so great about this place?

It's a six floor walkup, but you'll learn to love it. There is no washer/dryer but there is a good laundromat with same-day wash and fold in the next building.
