*We are looking for someone to fully take over the lease- this is not a sublet. We need the qualifying applicant(s) to have their documents/payment submitted to the landlord no later than one month before move in day so any changes in the move in date will reflect that. Current goal is to have an applicant(s) by December 31st. What do you love about this place? The common area is spacious, and there is a dishwasher. The bathroom has a deep tub that is good for soaking. This apartment is in a great neighborhood and a block and a half from the 1 train. Lots of delis, restaurants, and grocery options. It is a short walk away from Riverside Park and St. Nicholas Park. There is a laundromat across the street and another down half a block on Broadway. What isn't so great about this place? It is a 5th floor walkup, and could use a little more closet space.
