What do you love about this place?

Top floor unit gets great light and is absolutely quiet with nice views. Exposed brick and comes with a just gut renovated new bathroom. It's a sunny top-floor apartment in a three floor apartment building walk-up. I'm a local landlord and I'm looking for responsible tenants for this four-room apartment. We're currently gut-renovating the bathroom (all new tiles, new toilet and new exhaust vent) and painting the entire place, so please excuse the construction zone photos! The entire apartment was gut-renovated in 2012. More about the space: great light, high ceilings, full kitchen with natural light, intercom, and hardwood floors through the entire apartment. It's located in the wonderful neighborhood of Bushwick, close to restaurants, cafes, bars (and yes, they're all open), and transportation. Please reach out if you'd like a tour. No broker fee, but a $40 background check fee.
