My fiancé and I are looking to sublet our beautiful, 1-bedroom apartment located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan ASAP!! •Located on W 80th St and Amsterdam Ave •Looking for 1-2 persons to either sublet OR take over our lease as a lease transfer •Sublet dates: 11/1/20-3/31/21 (possibly thru April) •Move in date is VERY flexible and we are okay with first of the month move in or mid month! We can prorate rent accordingly if moving in mid-month •Lease extension/transfer is possible starting 4/1/21 • $25 application fee, per applicant as requested by landlord/leasing company •Must sign sublease agreement We have lived on the Upper West Side in this apartment for 2 years now and have been very happy. Unit faces south, towards 79th street with a courtyard view on the 2nd floor. The location is AMAZING! You are 1 block east of the 1 train and 6 blocks north of the express 2 and 3 train. Riverside park and the Hudson River are a few blocks west and Central Park is only a few blocks East. There are so many amazing things to do in the area including all the amazing restaurants and shops.
