Description

This apartment was newly-renovated right before I moved in at the beginning of Feb 2020. The location is unbeatable. I would love to stay, but, unfortunately, COVID-19 has changed my employment situation, and I'm now out of state and unlikely to return to New York. That's the only reason why I would want out of this lease. Otherwise, I think this is maybe the best deal in town. Some of the photos are from when I first moved in, so they don't show it in furnished condition. You can have the place furnished. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed in it. Sheets, pillows, towels, etc. are all provided. Even air humidifiers and an A/C unit.

“It doesn't have to come furnished. Just note that there are two full-sized mattresses in the apartment, as well as sheets and dishes and cutlery, etc. You don't need to use those. I'll DM you on facebook as well.“
