You will be moving into the living room but still have a lot of privacy. The other tenant is a respectable college senior (fine arts major) who has her own private room and keeps to herself. They are inclusive and welcoming of all, and are also making sure to wear masks and socially distance. Kensington is a very multicultural and diverse area! Residential neighborhoods nearby are a quiet and pleasant place to take a walk. Cortelyou Road (10-15min walk) is a main thoroughfare close by with many restaurants and stores. Located near the 18th Ave F line and the Newkirk Plaza B/Q line- just a 10 min walk to either one! 20 min walk to Brooklyn College ROOM CAN COME PARTIALLY FURNISHED if desired!
