Private room in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

We are two roommates in a 3 bedroom looking for a roommate for our third room ready to move in January 15th. Room is great and faces the garden in the back so it's quiet. The room shares 1 bathroom with one of the roommates. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and large windows, all newly renovated and our neighbours are great. Kitchen, living and dining area are all shared common area. We have a backyard that's great to hang out in and shared with our neighbours. There is laundry in the building, as well as storage and bike storage. There is rooftop access as well. The apartment is located on the boarder of Bedstuy and Fort Greene, only one block from the G train. The neighborhood has plenty of great coffeeshops, restaurants, and bars. Grocey store and pharamacy is close by. We're right next to Herbert Von King park and the apartment is easy to get to by train or bus and surrounded by Citibikes too. We're in our early 30's and currently working from home. We're looking for someone who is laid back, and respectful of the space. Super clean and takes care of it like their own. We like to keep the place organized and don't have a ton of friends over to respect each others space.
