What are you looking for in a tenant?

I would preferably like to rent my room to a young woman in need of housing. Other than that, there are no strict requirements except for being cleanly, friendly (don't have to be a social butterfly!), and good with the rental payments.

What do you love about this place?

This apartment is amazing for the price and in a perfect location. The best part about this unit is that there's an in-unit washer and dryer (a plus to avoid laundromats during COVID!) and an extremely spacious balcony so you have some private outdoor space. The basement is also another plus and the kitchen is beautiful.

What isn't so great about this place?

The only downside about this place is that it can get a little cold and my window does not get natural sunlight. ** Important: I am willing to negotiate the rent; the listed rent is $100 less than what I pay right now. I will pay a difference of up to $200. WiFi is included in the rent price. If desired, the bed frame, storage rack and TV can stay. This is a wonderful space and for the price, it's a steal. We can work out the financial requirements as well, I just need to know that you can 100% make rent each month.
