Private room in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

I'm looking for a quiet, CLEAN and down to earth roommate to sublet the master bedroom in my apartment. My housemate relocated due to the pandemic, and I'd like to try out a new potential roommate to find the right fit. *Black/POC preferred* The room is FULLY FURNISHED with a queen size bed, small dresser, sitting area, and LOTS of extra space. It gets great light, with windows overlooking the trees. This is a railroad style brownstone with the rooms on opposite ends of the house, and the common area in the middle. The room for rent is on the front side of the house, and the kitchen, bathroom and my room are on the backside. This is a quiet brownstone, and an artist home, so energy matters. The ideal housemate is someone who values maintaining a spotless, low-traffic space with positive energy. A plus would be someone with a green thumb who enjoys home improvement. Might as well put that out here : ) I'm honestly not sure what else to say except I love our space and hope to find someone who will treat it well.
