Kitchen comes with new appliances including a dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. Roommates are clean, responsible and friendly and like to get together occasionally for dinner and movie nights. They mostly work from home. One roommates has a small, elderly dog that mostly stays in her room. Apartment is 4 min away from the M train and 10 min from the L by foot. Also close to many Queens bus stops. A lot of amenities e.g. banks and shopping centers are close by. It’s in a beautiful, vibrant and safe neighborhood with many parks within walking distance
