And you're less than a block from Prospect Park, 2 minutes from the weekly Grand Army Plaza farmers market, and a block from a large supermarket and everything else you could need on 7th Ave. I'm devastated to leave this apartment, but work is taking me out of state. I plan to come back to NYC in 2021, so the sublease will go through Dec 31, 2020, with some flexibility on the end date (and some possibility of turning over the lease to the subtenant if I stay out of state longer for work than planned).
