I’m looking for a long-term sublet for my Gramercy Park studio, as I am moving to a new city. This property is right in the heart of the beautiful Gramercy Park neighborhood, and just a half-block away from the park itself. This is an ideal place to live with quick and easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and a short walk to Union Square and Madison Square Park. The starting date is flexible, but ideally I’m looking for someone who is looking to finish the lease that goes until December 2021. In terms of the building itself, it features an elevator, as well as shared washer/dryers in the basement. The unit itself is a large studio will all newly updated hardwood floors, with a foyer at the unit entrance, and a step-in dining alcove that does a nice job separating the unit into different “rooms”. The unit also features a nice sized closet, that opens into a small changing room between it and the bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, and will include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and oven.
