Entire place in Crown Heights, NY

Looking for someone to take over the lease. Honestly, I love my apartment, having a studio on Eastern Parkway one block away from the subway is great. My mother has fallen ill so I need to move back in with her, otherwise, I would stay. Things I love about the unit are that it gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day but because it doesn't face Eastern parkway directly it is really quiet. The building itself is generally occupied by older occupants, so everyone is really friendly and quiet. Additionally, having an elevator has been so nice. The unit is built really well with high-quality paint, actual hardwood floors, and a ton of exposed brick. The studio is a big rectangle so I have enough room for an extra counter, a side table, a TV, couch, desk, and bed, with a huge included closet.
