My husband and I are heading back to Europe to start our family and are looking for some tenants to take over the remainder of our lease term which ends Feb 28th 2021. Largest amount of space for the price in Williamsburg and flooded with light, 2C is a sprawling loft-like one-bedroom with high ceilings, oversized windows and bright south east exposure. This 1,500 ft apartment truly embodies classic Williamsburg living with attention to detail and expansive spaces that have been meticulously renovated with premium finishes that honor the buildings prewar heritage. No expense was spared in the gut renovation of the building with touches such as industrial cast concrete base moldings and windowsills, brushed metal door frames, original tile work and exposed brick throughout. Built in 1925, this building is one of the original residential buildings in Williamsburg. A live-in super, laundry, storage and bike storage await you at Williamsburgs premier rental building. Conveniently located two blocks from the L Train Lorimer Station & G Train Metropolitan Station or J and Z stops at Marcy Avenue.

Hi Helen - What an amazing space! Is there any flexibility in the rent and lease duration? Thanks

“Hi Jordan, Thank you - yes, it's pretty amazing. Lease duration unfortunately not. What was your budget for rent? What I would say there is that under the sublease term, Thomas and I might be able to do something for you regarding rent but you should be made aware that the when the sublease term ends and a lease is made with the landlord, the rate we'd agreed with you under the sublease wont be honored so my suggestion would be that if this is out of budget, it may not be a long term fit for you as the rent listed here is what the landlord would expect as a minimum. Thanks Helen “
