    If you pay with a credit card then we pass along the credit card fee charged by our payment processor to you. The credit card fee is 2.99%.

    Here's an example to clarify things: If you pay $1,000 in monthly rent then we would charge you $1,029 and send a check for $1,000 to your landlord. The $29 goes straight to our payment processor.
