Will Caretaker manage renter inquiries even if I post an advertisement somewhere myself?

Yes. To set this up, use the customized "reply to" email address that we give you. You can share the address anywhere you would like. When an interested lead makes an inquiry it will go directly to Caretaker.

To get your unique email address click on the unit's page and then click on the three dots on the top right of the page. Choose "get auto-reply email."
