How do renters schedule showings?

Renters schedule showings using the button on a listing that says "schedule viewing." The process for them has three steps.

  1. Renters have to be prequalified

The base requirement for anyone who wishes to schedule a viewing is a verified identity. The purpose of this is to maintain the safety of the property, the current occupant, the owner and anyone else living in the building.

  1. Renters choose a time

You will have created time windows that are available for viewings. They will choose from one of these. If you haven't created any windows they can send you an alert so you know that they are waiting for your viewings to open up. They may not always do this which is why it's important to keep viewing windows available during the time that a unit is listed and available to lease.

  1. Renters can cancel and reschedule as needed

They will receive notifications with a link that lets them cancel the viewing if they need to and reschedule by choosing another time.
