Caretaker charges a monthly management fee after the first unit or tenant added. You will get access to core features for free for your first unit:

Rent collection
Prequalified tenants
E-signing of leases with basic lease enforcement

After that you can continue with whichever plan is right for you. We also offer customized plans for property owners with unique business models or large portfolio sizes. Pricing details are available here.
