How to return your smart lock
- Your lock comes with a padded return envelope and prepaid shipping label
- Put the lock back into the container that it arrived in, then put this into the mailing envelope
- Drop the envelope off at any UPS dropoff location
Removing your unit from listing websites
Your unit will be removed from listing websites within 48 hours.
Active leases and rent payments
If you're already accepting rent and/or have signed a lease agreement, our support team will send you a file with your signed lease agreement and rent receipt, as well as any other receipts that you may need. Your lease will remain active and binding.
Your security deposit escrow account(s)
If you have already accepted a security deposit from a tenant then the deposit will be transferred from the deposit escrow account back to their original payment method.
