What is in the applicant's background check?

Background check reports are bundled with credit reports and provided by Transunion SmartMove. They'll surface any notes on the applicant's criminal record and/or housing court charges.

If the application contains "# notes" in red letters and you aren't able to see a list of notes, contact support@caretaker.com and we will provide you with the full report.
