Currently offering $500 off first month. I am being transferred as part of a new job I am taking. My new role would like me to start as close to June 1 as possible. The Closer to June 1 you can move in the better. This is not a sublet and you will starting a new 12 month lease with the management company. Here are the details of the apartment: - Need to be able to move in June 1 or close to that date. - Rent is currently $2,195. - My apartment is on the Upper East Side in the low 80s between 2nd and 3rd avenue. - The apartment is a 6th floor (top floor) walk up. Trust me when I say you get used to it. Somedays its a bummer but most of the time I don't even notice. - Natural light in all three rooms. (Bed, Bath and Living room) - Everything was brand new when I moved in early last year. - The management company will clean and paint the whole apartment before you move in. - The bathroom is huge with a lot of storage and natural light. - The main room is big enough for a dinner table, TV, Entertainment Center and couch. I think there would be room to add a desk but you might have to remove the dinner table or Entertainment center. - I currently have full size bed in the bed room with room to spare. Definitely could fit a queen. - I was able to comfortably live here with my significant other without an issue on space for our things. - Since you will be entering in to a new lease with the management company you will sign a one year lease. The biggest thing they are looking for in a renter is that your income is 40x the annual rent (87,800 per year). If you do not have this you can have someone guarantor your lease and they will need 80x the annual rent. They also have lower standards for students which they will be able to better articulate to you if you don't meet the other 40x. - Best part is there is no broker fee. There is a $100 charge per application and $35 processing fee. This apartment has been amazing and if it weren't for us moving cross country we would definitely stay here.
