Looking for someone to take over our lease with our landlord since we have moved from the area.

What do you love about this place?

Beautiful courtyard views from every room in this sun-filled east facing 1bedroom and 1.5 bathroom at Fulton's Landing. Nice features include modern kitchen and appliances, hardwood floors, half bathroom for guest. Master bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and comfortably accommodates other furniture pieces, complemented by flow-through into an en suite full bath and a fantastic walk-in closet. Fulton's Landing is a full service 24-hour concierge elevator building complete with exercise room/gym, reception room, and common courtyard. Located at premier Paulus Hook waterfront neighborhood, surrounded by shops, restaurants, parks and only minutes from the ferry, Light Rail, and the Exchange or Grove Street PATH stations. Indoor garage parking spot is available for additional fee.

What isn't so great about this place?

Honestly had no complaints while we were living there. Only had to break the lease because of a new job opportunity elsewhere.
