Looking for someone to take over our lease ending in June 2021. We are currently looking to move out of NYC. The apt is a 1 BR with tons of natural night and great amenities. The building includes a deck area with hammocks, a grill, and seating. There’s also a gym, laundry in building, pet spa, bike storage, game room, and several work and laptop-friendly spaces/lounges. Rooftop access with nice views of Manhattan! There is 1 large storage closet or an option to install your own washer/dryer plus 2 additional closets (one near entrance and one in bedroom) Great area with lots of small businesses to support! Application process required by building management company, approval process takes 1-2 days.
