What are you looking for in a tenant?

I'm looking for a summer subletter to take over my place from June 15th to August 15th.

What do you love about this place?

The place has big windows and gets a ton of natural light, its quite large at 750 square feet, it's fully furnished with a big comfy sectional couch, and is in an amazing location! Columbia heights is a lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, but this place is just far enough from 14th street that it's not too loud. 10-15 minute walk down to the Columbia Heights metro stop.

What isn't so great about this place?

There is no dishwasher, so you'll be doing dishes by hand. The place is also carpeted, which I do not prefer. Having to wash dishes and occasionally vacuum are the not-so-great parts of the place.
