What are you looking for in a tenant?
Looking for someone to take over my lease as I have to move out of my lovely 2br/1ba apartment. There is no indoor smoking in the building and no large pets, but otherwise there aren't any restrictions.
What do you love about this place?
The apartment is near Columbia university. The lease is till August 31st 2021, with the option to renew after. The rent has gone from 3100 to 2900 and now ONLY FOR 2700 per month! And an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks free rent! Apartment has hardwood floors, big rooms, gets plenty of natural light, lots and lots of storage, big wardrobes, roof access, and a dishwasher! Laundry in the building, live-in super in an elevator building. It's also super close to the 103rd street station for 1 line.
What isn't so great about this place?
There are only 2 washers and dryers each in the laundry room so doing laundry on weekend can be challenging. Some of the windows are hard to open.
