$3450 monthly for 2 bedrooms, heat and hot water included. Move-in flexible. Sublet until the end of February at $3450/month (on my lease) with option to re-sign with the landlord then, or sign a new lease entirely now (online application with the management company) at the current price of the apartment of $3675/month (I'm paying the difference until the end of my lease). This location is incredible, we're going to miss it. The apartment complex is on 19th St. and 8th Ave, with VERY bright, sunny, eastern exposure (our little fire escape balcony looks out on the Empire State Building). We are huge plant mamas, and they've loved it here. We're close to everything, subway lines (A,C,E,L,1,2,3), grocery stores (Trader Joes/Whole Foods too), shops, cafes, restaurants, Chelsea Market, the Whitney Museum, Highline, Meatpacking... This is a 6 floor walkup without an elevator (I know, this sounds like a lot, but you get your exercise in!), with laundry in the building downstairs (cash goes on a card I'll give you). The apartment has TWO large bedrooms, plus a spacious living room with eat-in alcove, decent sized kitchen (well-maintained appliances) with plenty of storage space. Large hall closet, and each bedroom has a good sized closet and upper storage area. Window ACs in each bedroom. Unfurnished, but some of the furniture seen in the photos may be for sale. What do you love about this place? I've loved living here for 2 years and would not be moving if I could help it. If you're looking in Chelsea, this is quite an unusual apartment in terms of space, light, and windows for this price (and I've lived a few places around here!). What isn't so great about this place? Walk-up, but it's good for exercise!
