We live in a fabulous apartment with wonderful management (Related), an indoor pool, playroom, gym, recreational room, a yoga studio, squash courts, a private backyard/lounge area (all included!). It’s a 2.5 bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and only 3 apartments per floor. It’s the only unit available. You can see the treetops at Central Park from the 33rd floor. We are zoned for the fabulous PS 290 (and loving it). Brand new WASHER/DRYER in unit! We have 7 months remaining on current lease and they may be able to renew. It’s the largest 2.5 in the building, they permit wall building (to make a third bedroom) and are pet friendly. We’ve made lifelong friends at this family friendly building! We have no official pictures (yet). As we are moving on Tuesday. Everything will be repainted/renovated as needed for a May 1 rental. We are trying our hand checking with friends before handing it over to the broker. Though we’ve been living here comfortable as a five of 5 for 18 months, it’s time to move closer to family. The building also has attached parking garage (extra fee) that includes numerous zip cars. We ended up selling our car when we moved here for the convenience of them.
