What are you looking for in a tenant?
Looking for somebody who would be a reliable sublet, respectful of boundaries, and is looking to share an apartment in a beautiful building and great neighborhood! I recently took a new job in South Jersey, and am looking to relocate to the suburbs. My roommate who will be staying is in her mid-twenties, really sweet, has her own master bedroom and bathroom, and is respectful of the shared common space.
What do you love about this place?
Unbelievable views of the Hudson River and NYC from the 41st floor. Large spacious apartment, with walking distance to the PATH, ferry, light rail, grocery store in the building, restaurants/bars nearby. It really is a beautiful neighborhood with unparalleled views.
What isn't so great about this place?
That the fire pit is only open until 10 - kind of a bummer!
