Entire place in Boerum Hill, NY

What are you looking for in a tenant? I'm looking for a responsible, mature tenant that will love this place as much as I have. As I'm closing out the lease, I hope that the tenant respects the neighbors and the space, pays on time and communicates with me if any questions! The Apartment - PRIVATE TERRACE Let's start with the amazing - the balcony! Nearly the size of the apartment itself, it gets lovely sun in the day (especially during the fall) and is covered in astroturf. I project movies on the wall at night, and go out for a coffee to enjoy the sun. Was a lifesaver during April/May lockdown, where we had BBQ's and music, and is great in the summer for dinners. The Apartment - Alcove studio! The layout is really nice inside - big windows (8) around the edges make you feel like you're living in a bit of a greenhouse (but they open so you can get a nice breeze unlike the high rises in the area). The kitchen has a ton of cabinets for storage, a full size fridge, and oven/microwave. The studio is an alcove, which I personally love because it gives you that little feeling of separation. There's one closet in the apartment, but as you can see I make it work no problem and the apartment still feels neat! The floor is concrete and I've legit never heard my neighbors (only share the floors above/below, no walls shared). Location Location is amazing, located just off Atlantic Avenue, and literally 5 minutes from every train (hoyt-schermerhorn, nevins, barclays). Quiet, safe and convenient (State and Pacific street are both closed on either side for strolls, Hoyt is closed weekends for Restaurant weekends). Even during the pandemic, the neighborhood feels lively but not crowded, and you're so close to so many lovely outdoor restaurants, just blocks from Trader Joe's, Target. What isn't so great about this place? It's a little dated - no dishwasher or W/D in unit, but everything works well. The landlord is sometimes not as responsive, but he will always get something fixed if needed.
