What are you looking for in a tenant?

I'm looking for a professional working in NYC to take over my rent for the entire 9 months left in my lease term. It's possible to negotiate, but prefer a 9 month tenant. The tenant should be a professional with a W2 or other form of income / wealth verification and able to pass a credit check and have 40X annual rent in income to qualify.

What do you love about this place?

Spacious Alcove Studio ( 500 Sq Ft ) apartment for rent starting Nov 1st. Luxury doorman full amenities building with 32nd floor roof deck over looking the Hudson River and views of the Empire State Building, gym, swimming pool, outdoor tennis courts, and large common area (Great for working from home and currently free to join.) The apt faces south west, gets natural light all day and has beautiful Hudson River sunsets views. The apt has 2 closets, including a large walk in closet (generous closet space for a studio apt in NYC), new appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher). Laundry room located on the floor right outside the apartment. I’m looking for a qualified tenant to take over my lease as I’m relocating for a new job. There is a free shuttle bus service provided by the building. Walking distance to Times Square, Theatre District, Hudson Yards, Chelsea. Bike path along the Hudson. 30 mins to West Village or Soho. 2 Grocery stores within a 10 min walk. Large bodega market with fresh food and groceries 1 block away. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Subways are A,C,E, 7, 1,2,3 N,Q,R. Bus stop located right outside the building. Monthly rent $2,600. Security deposit required.

What isn't so great about this place?

My apt is on a high floor but sometimes you hear NYC traffic from the west side highway. Mostly during rush hour and if the window is open.
