  • Since Mogul requires a dedicated coordinator with local expertise and networks it is only supported in certain locations. We offer Caretaker Mogul in Cleveland, Boise, Milwaukee, Huntsville, Tampa, Memphis, and Austin.
  • Caretaker's systems can be used to manage properties in any location, but our maintenance support is limited to localities where we can offer vetted service providers. Maintenance issue handling, turnover coordination, and preventative service appointments are limited to these locations.

  • All Caretaker plans are month to month. Cancel anytime.

  • We will never charge extra fees for maintenance. Payments are made directly to service providers and invoices and documentation of completed work are shared with you instantly.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you decide that you want to let prospective tenants and service providers in yourself then you can downgrade to Caretaker Owner.
  • Our Manual provides you with a lot of information on how Caretaker works. If you've looked there and you still can't find your answer then you can schedule a call with us

  • The iglooHome Smart Keybox 3 is included with the Entrepreneur plan. You can keep the lock for as long as you would like unless you cancel your subscription.
