What is the Caretaker satisfaction guarantee?

We're incredibly proud of the systems we've build to manage properties and take care of tenants. If you set your properties up on Caretaker and aren't happy for any reason at all, here's what we'll do:

  • Refund your monthly fees in full
  • Help you export your data in whichever format your need
  • Assist with your transition to another property management solution

How do I get a refund?

All we ask is that you send us a note (support@caretaker.com) explaining what didn't work for you.

What if it's been more than 30 days?

We're happy to extend your guarantee period as needed on a case-by-case basis. Send us a note to ask for an extension.

What if I've added my property addresses but haven't invited my tenants?

You will still be covered!
