What is the Caretaker Partnership Program?

The purpose of the program is to link service providers with exceptional knowledge of their local real estate investment market with investors who are looking for help buying, selling, and leasing properties.

How do you determine who qualifies for the program?

Eligibility is determined primarily by the your local expertise, experience level and ratings from clients. Making sure that all of our partners are vetted and highly rated by their current client base is our first priority.

What are the benefits of partnering with Caretaker?

Partnering with Caretaker gives you more control over how your business grows. Increase the velocity of revenue, the proportion of one revenue stream compared to another, and get introduced to new clients.

  • Investor-friendly agents:

    • Grow your business by making it easier for clients to pull the trigger on new investments
    • Grow repeat business: Caretaker is not a real estate brokerage and we always send clients back to our agent partners
    • Meet new clients: Access to investors nationwide who may be looking to expand their portfolios in your location. We'll also refer you to local, current Caretaker customers who want to hire a broker to place a tenant.

How do I know if my clients are a good fit for Caretaker?

Refer clients who are purchasing single-family homes and/or small multifamily, class B properties.

How do I apply to the Caretaker Partner Program?

Check if we are currently accepting partners in your market, and then follow the instructions for applying.

How do I get verified status?

Once you are accepted as a partner you'll automatically gain verified status after referring 10 customers to Caretaker in the same 12-month period.

Is the partner program available in my location?

Even if we are very active in your location we may not be currently accepting partners. Please refer to the locations list to see where we are currently accepting partners.
