We make as many features as possible available to everyone for the same, simple $12 per unit per month fee after your first unit.
Keep in mind that there are never any setup fees or additional monthly fees.
These features are included for everyone:
Listing pages to advertise units: Store all of the creative assets and publish your listing as needed. Each listings includes photos, descriptions, location information and a Q&A section.
Listing pages to advertise buildings: Showcase all of the units in your building in one place and show off reviews of the building from renters.
Showings scheduler: Interested renters book a showing according to whatever's available in your calendar, and reschedule or cancel as needed.
Prequalified viewers: Require interested renters verify their identities before booking a showing.
Instant apply: You only see applicants who have already met your minimum requirements.
Basic tenant screening: View credit, criminal and eviction reports for anyone who applies as well as current tenants.
Lease tracker: Sign a standard lease specific to your state or upload your own to sign online, view all signed documents and supporting documents in your dashboard and send renewal reminders to tenants.

Issue tracking: Receive repair requests from tenants, track requests and other types of issues and assign them out.
