Setting Up Viewings

To enable the viewings functionality, make sure that each unit has access instructions and available viewing windows.

Access instructions

In order to make it as easy as possible for the viewer to find their way to the correct door, provide instructions that are unique to each unit.

Add these in the Unit Overview: select the Manage viewings settings** button on the top right of your activity calendar. You can also add a photo.

Contact information

Add any special notes about finding the unit that should be shared with viewers. By default, they will be put in contact with the cell phone number associated with your account, but you can tell them to call an agent's number or the main office line instead.

Availabity windows

Select the times of the day that will be available for viewings.
