Where can I advertise?

Facebook and Instagram (all markets): You can easily turn your listing into an advertisement on Facebook and Instagram. We use proprietary datasets and algorithms to target renters who are looking for listings in your area and price range on these sites. Renters who click on the ad will be taken immediately to your Apartment App listing so they can book a showing, prequalify or ask a question.

What is the difference between a recurring and a one-time boost?

We offer two types of boosts: recurring and one-time campaigns.

The recurring boosts will continue to show ads for your listing until your listing is filled, removed, or you end the campaign. You will be charged daily for the boost amount until you end the boost campaign or your listing is filled or removed. After the campaign ends, you will no longer be charged.

The one-time boosts displays ads until your campaign budget runs out.

Can I cancel my boost campaign?

You have the ability to end any active recurring boost campaign by clicking the End Campaign button. From the unit dashboard, click View Boost Insights > View analytics > End Campaign.

You cannot end a campaign for a one-time boost once it's been purchased.

Can I order more than one boost?

Yes, there is no limit to how many boosts you can create.

How much should I spend on a boost?

We recommend a minimum budget of $200 per one-time boost or $10/day for recurring boosts.

Do you offer reporting and analytics on boosts?

Yes. We provide performance reporting via boost insights. Note: It can take 24-48 hours after you first purchase a Boost for any analytics to display.

We provide the following stats on your campaign performance:

  • Ad Views (Ad impressions)
  • People saw your ad (Reach)
  • Clicks
  • Campaign start and end date
  • Amount spent
  • Remaining campaign budget
  • Listing page views
  • Status
