Where is my tenant's security deposit?

Security deposits will be released back to tenants within two weeks of the lease end date or within two weeks of plan cancellation.

If a tenant has not received their deposit the most likely cause is a problem with their payout account. Each tenant must add a payout account in their dashboard in order to receive their deposit.

Steps to add a payout account for tenants:

  1. Go to your Account section of your Apartment App Dashboard
  2. Click on the fourth tab from the menu on the left hand side of the screen where it says Payouts.
  3. Add a bank account.
