Ordering Inspections

Invite a neutral third party to inspect one of your properties.

Inspections were designed to make it possible for non-professionals to correctly inspect a property. Invite any neutral third party to inspect one of your properties at any time by sending them a customized link.

Third-party turnover and periodic inspections can be coordinated for you on Caretaker Mogul.

Ordering an inspection

Follow these steps to have a neutral third party perform an inspection for you.

  1. In the Dashboard, choose the unit that you want to order an inspection for.
  2. Click the Overflow menu (•••) at the top of the page and Select Order inspection.
  3. A popup window will generate with an invitation link that is customized to this unit.
  4. Copy the link and send to the third party inspector.
