Provider Team
Create a list of service providers that should be dispatched to each unit for routine repairs, checkups, and emergencies.
You can control how repairs and maintenance are executed at each property by selecting the team of providers that are assigned to each unit.
Adding provider details
- Navigate to your Maintenance settings
- Click Add service provider
- Add the company name, email, phone number, website and type of service that they provide
- Once the record has been created you can add notes about the provider and assign them to specific units
You can customize your team as much or as little as you want at any point.
Each unit should have at least one plumbing, electrical, and heating contractor that is available 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
