Caretaker's systems can be used to manage properties in any location, but our maintenance support is limited to localities where we can offer vetted service providers.
Maintenance support varies by plan. See plans and pricing for details.
If your properties are outside of a supported location, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and coordinating your team of service providers.
If you have a large or unique portfolio of properties outside of these locations please get in touch to see if we can accommodate you.
