Activate Caretaker Owner

Your Owner plan won't be activated until you've completed these steps.

Follow these steps to get Owner up and running:

Activation steps

  1. Add properties

    Provide us with the addresses of all units that should be activated. To add a new property, select the Units tab on the left-hand navigation menu in the Dashboard and click Add Unit.

    Get in touch to important many properties and tenants at once.

  2. Add access instructions for viewers

    If you will be marketing a listing, provide prospects with instructions for finding the unit and meeting the person who will be showing it to them.

  3. Adjust settings

    Choose preferences for the flow of money, tenant criteria, and more controls for how your properties are managed.

  4. Invite current renters or find new ones

    For homes with active leases, upload a copy of the lease and share the contact details of the tenants. We'll handle the rest.

    For vacant homes, create a property listing and setup viewings. Complete our tenant placement checklist to make sure you don't miss any important steps.

  5. Add a payout account

    Add a payout destination so that that you are ready to begin receiving rent payments.
